What do gamification and levels mean?

Love shopping, leaving product reviews, or being an active member of our community? Whatever you enjoy doing, your participation helps you collect points through our gamification system, allowing you to unlock new levels as you engage more with our shop.

When will I receive a coupon?

We aim to keep our shop’s content trustworthy and of high quality. For this reason, we reward coupons randomly, so there’s no way to predict or calculate when you’ll receive one. This helps prevent misuse, such as leaving fake reviews to get more rewards.

Our system treats all customers fairly. While higher levels may lead to higher-value coupons, it also becomes more challenging to reach those levels. We encourage you to stick with the same account to fully benefit from your progress. Please note, we cannot retroactively issue coupons for levels you have already reached, and customer service cannot influence who receives a coupon.
