I have several user accounts. Can I merge them?

Please contact us using the email address registered in your account.

If you wish to delete any information or close an account, you can request this through our Contact Form, and we will delete the requested account(s) upon your request.

Although you may have multiple accounts, our system operates on the basic WooCommerce account options, which limits the merging of certain accounts. If you’d like to merge your accounts, please follow these steps:

1. In your user account, go to Account.
2. Contact us through our Contact Form and provide the following information:
   • The customer account numbers and corresponding email addresses of the accounts you want to merge.
   • Specify which account you would like to keep as your main account.
