It’s rare, but sometimes electronic payments can be interrupted. This can happen for several reasons. Rest assured, you won’t be charged for a failed transaction. If the amount shows as “authorized/reserved,” it will be automatically canceled and should be visible in your bank account within 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot speed up this process manually.

Error code 01: “For security reasons, the credit card you provided cannot be used for payment.”

Credit cards can only be used up to 3 times in a 24-hour period. If you’ve already made three attempts or placed three orders, this error will occur on the fourth attempt. We suggest using another payment method or waiting for the 24-hour period to pass before trying again.

If you receive this error on the first payment attempt, it’s likely because the credit card was issued from a country we don’t support. We currently accept cards issued from the following countries: United States, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, France, Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom.

Error code 02: “The transaction was rejected by the card issuer.”

This error can occur due to various reasons:
