To request a refund, please follow the steps below:
Refund to your Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Account
- Credit Card or PayPal: If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 14 days of confirming your return.
- Bank Account: If you paid via direct bank transfer, you can request the refund to be sent to your bank account. Make sure your bank details are registered and correct.
To initiate a refund:
- Fill out the Contact Form and include the Order ID and Date of Purchase.
- add Refund Request as the subject and submit your refund request.
Make sure your bank details are accurate. If funds are transferred to the wrong account due to incorrect information, we cannot be held responsible for any costs that arise when trying to reclaim the money. Typically, bank transfers take up to 3 business days to process.
Refund Value
A full refund is granted only if the product is returned in its sealed, undamaged original packaging. Additional expenses may apply if the packaging is damaged or incomplete. Shipping costs for returns will also be deducted unless otherwise specified in our Return Policy or Terms and Conditions.
